care instructions

i love the idea of you never wanting to take your beaded item off, but it is not recommended you repetitively sleep or shower while you wear it. that being said, all pieces can get wet in the normal way when you wash your hands, or when you occasionally forget to take something off when you swim or shower. in the case that it is very hot where you live, it is not advisable that you leave pieces in places that get particularly hot, like cars, as the heat may deteriorate the waxed imitation sinew.

fabrication details

all pieces are made with glass sead beads, and some include accenting beads like pearl and shell. pieces are threaded and stitched with imitation sinew, made of a waxed fibers such as polypropylene, polyester and nylon. traditional sinew is made of animal tendon, known for its strength and durability.

shipping takes 5-7 days. shipping is a flat rate of $5. local pickup is available in Pasadena, CA. if you see something you like that has been sold, reach out and i’ll see if i have the materials to re-make it. made to order items may take up to 14 days to ship.
